In this workshop, you will explore Ukrainian choral music composed between 2014 and the present day. Through both sacred and secular works, we will discover music that reflects on the challenges of our time, addressing themes of memory, hope, freedom, and human dignity.
The programme will feature works by Valentyn Sylvestrov, Galina Grigorjeva, and Yevhen Petrychenko. Working with this repertoire, we will explore how contemporary Ukrainian choral music brings together tradition and new artistic voices, creating a space for shared experience and cultural memory. Join this musical journey and discover the richness, depth, and diversity of contemporary Ukrainian choral culture.
